Whether you have a Pet, Motor, or Household policy, the easiest way to submit a claim is on your Manage Portal. If you have a business policy, you can get in touch with your dedicated consultant who can guide you to submit a claim. How long until a claim is paid out?

Once we receive all the required documentation and information to process your valid claim, we usually pay out within 48 hours.
