1. Any reference in these terms and conditions to dotsure.co.za refers to Dotsure Limited (Registration number 2006/000723/06) a licensed non-life insurer and an authorised financial services provider (FSP39925).

2. To be eligible for the discount, you must meet dotsure.co.za’s normal approval criteria, and have an active dotsure.co.za pet insurance policy with two or more pets insured on the policy.

3. This discount will only be available to qualifying policyholders who have more than one pet insured on the same policy with dotsure.co.za.

4. The discount offer entitles a qualifying policyholder to a 15% (fifteen percent) discount on their selected pet insurance plan premium (VAPS excluded). The discount shall apply as long as there are multiple pets with active cover on the qualifying policyholder’s pet insurance policy.

5. All applications for insurance made via the dotsure.co.za (or any of its partner) website/s are subject to, and must comply with, dotsure.co.za’s normal approval criteria and are governed by the normal terms and conditions that apply to the requested product. 6. Please note that additional terms, conditions, limits, and possible exclusions may apply to costing (this is risk profile and policy dependent), third-party liability, claims and all other matters, and can be obtained by consulting your policy documents or by emailing u2us@dotsure.co.za.

7. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify these terms and conditions or to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this discount offer with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is final and binding.

8. dotsure.co.za shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
