1. To be eligible for the discount, you must be:

1.1  a permanent resident of the Republic of South Africa;

1.2  above the age of 18 (eighteen) years old; and

1.3  be an active member of a member breeder organisation.

2. dotsure.co.za may request proof of your membership before the policy incepts.

3. For the avoidance of doubt, the discount offer will only be active from 28 September 2022 until 30 September 2023.

4. The discount offer entitles a qualifying policyholder to a 10% (ten percent) discount on their pet insurance plan premium (pro-rata premiums and VAPS excluded), the discount offer shall apply for the entire duration of the qualifying policyholder’s chosen pet insurance policy plan.

5. All applications for insurance made via the dotsure.co.za website are subject to and must comply with dotsure.co.za’s normal approval criteria and are governed by the normal terms and conditions that applies to the requested product. Full terms and conditions are contained within dotsure.co.za’s policy documents.

6. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. dotsure.co.za shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
