1. Any reference in these terms and conditions to “dotsure.co.za” refers to Dotsure Limited (Registration number 2006/000723/06), a licensed non-life insurer and authorised financial services provider (FSP39925).

2. To be eligible for the discount, you must:

a)  be a permanent resident of the Republic of South Africa;

b)  be above the age of 18 (eighteen) years old;

c)  be a current Pet, Pool & Home customer; and

d)  access the discount via the following link: https://pet.dotsure.co.za/?external_source_code=100945

3. For the avoidance of doubt, the discount offer will be available on a once-off basis to qualifying policyholders whose policies incept between 20 November 2024 and 30 June 2025.

4. The discount offer entitles a qualifying policyholder to a 10% (ten percent) discount on their pet insurance plan premium (pro-rata premiums and VAPS excluded), the discount offer shall apply for the entire duration of the qualifying policyholder’s chosen pet insurance policy plan.

5. All applications for insurance made via the dotsure.co.za website are subject to and must comply with dotsure.co.za’s normal approval criteria and are governed by the normal terms and conditions that apply to the requested product. 6. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify these terms and conditions or to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. dotsure.co.za shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

8. Please note that should you be an active Pet, Pool and Home loyalty programme member and obtain a pet insurance policy from dotsure.co.za in terms of this promotion, you shall not be entitled to receive any value more than the claimed amount subject to the applicable limits, excesses and exclusions which may apply.
