1. Any reference in these terms and conditions to "dotsure.co.za" refers to Dotsure Limited (Registration number 2006/000723/06), a licensed non-life insurer and an authorised financial services provider (FSP39925).

2. dotsure.co.za will be launching an indefinite referral campaign commencing January 2019. Participants shall be required to submit valid lead(s) by providing the applicable customers with a link to the following landing page: https://www.dotsure.co.za/pet-adoption, in return they will receive R300 (three hundred Rand) cash for every valid lead which turns into a sale.

3. To be eligible for the R300 (three hundred Rand) cash:

3.1  you must be a South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa, aged 18 years or older, and a registered South African Pet Adoption Agency;

3.2  you must provide a valid lead(s) to dotsure.co.za by providing the applicable customer with the following link: https://www.dotsure.co.za/pet-adoption, to fill in their relevant details;

3.3  the applicable lead must fill in your organisation’s name on the above-mentioned link; and

3.4  the applicable lead must have taken up a pet insurance policy with dotsure.co.za and paid the first full premium.

4. For the avoidance of doubt, valid means correct and complete contact information (email and cell phone number), the lead agreed to being contacted and the lead does not have a plan with dotsure.co.za for that specific pet already.

5. Qualifying participants shall receive the R300 (three hundred Rand) cash via their reloadable PayDNA debit card. Payments will be made in the first week of the month following the month in which the valid lead(s) became a sale and paid the first full premium.

7. Multiple leads will be permitted, however, fraudulent, and duplicate leads will not be considered. For the avoidance of doubt a duplicate lead shall be a lead which is already in the dotsure.co.za system, received from another channel or from the same participant.

8. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify these terms and conditions or to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this referral campaign with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is further final and binding.

9. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
