1. Any reference in these terms and conditions to ‘dotsure.co.za’ refers to Dotsure Limited (Registration number 2006/000723/06), a licensed non-life insurer and authorised financial services provider (FSP39925).

2. Breeders may refer new pet owners for a 30 (thirty) day Pet Starter Cover with dotsure.co.za via the following landing page: https://www.dotsure.co.za/breederprogramme/referral, and in return they will receive R200 (two hundred Rand) for every valid

3. For the avoidance of doubt, a valid referral means that the referred agreed to being contacted by dotsure.co.za for the purpose of activating their 30 (thirty) day Pet Starter Cover, they are a new pet owner and they are not a duplicate lead. Please note that the 30 (thirty) day Pet Starter Cover will only be applicable to one pet per household.

4. To be eligible for the R200 (two hundred Rand), the Breeder must:

a)  be a South African citizen or a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa, aged 18 (eighteen) years or older;

b)  complete all information required in accordance with the above landing page; and

c)  obtain the necessary consent from the pet owner before submitting the pet owner’s details on the above landing page.

5. Breeders that are eligible for the referral fee in accordance with 2 and 4 above shall receive their referral fees on the 15th day of the month following the month in which the valid referral was received by dotsure.co.za.

6. The referral fees in 5 above will be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer into the Breeder’s nominated bank account after submitting proof of such account, the required Breeder registration form at https://www.dotsure.co.za/breederprogramme/register and proof of identity.

7. We will respond to any questions or queries about the referral campaign via: vet@dotsure.co.za.

8. Multiple leads will be permitted, however, fraudulent, incomplete and duplicate leads will not be considered. For the avoidance of doubt, a duplicate lead shall be a lead which is already in the dotsure.co.za system, received from another channel or from the same participant and an incomplete lead will be a lead in respect of which all the details required on the landing page was not included.

9. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify these terms and conditions or to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this referral campaign with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is further final and binding.

10. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
