1. To be eligible for the discount, you must be:

1.1  A permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa;

1.2  Above the age of 18 (eighteen) years old;

1.3  Referred by an authorised animal welfare organisation in partnership with dotsure.co.za; and

1.4  A new policyholder with dotsure.co.za.

2. The discount offer will be available on a once-off basis to new policyholders that satisfy the requirements listed above as well as the normal dotsure.co.za approval criteria.

3. The discount offer entitles a qualifying potential policyholder to a 50% (fifty percent) discount on their pet insurance plan premium (pro-rata premium and VAPS excluded) for the first month of their pet insurance policy.

4. All applications for insurance made via the dotsure.co.za website are subject to and must comply with dotsure.co.za’s normal approval criteria and are governed by the normal terms and conditions that applies to the requested product. 5. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this discount offer with or without prior notice. The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. dotsure.co.za shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
