- To be eligible for the discount, you must be:
- A permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa; and,
- Above the age of 18 (eighteen) years old; and,
- A Massmart customer, for the avoidance of doubt a Massmart customer would be an individual who purchased a product from a store in the Massmart group.
- The discount offer will be available on a once-off basis to policies that incept on the date on which this discount offer becomes active and whilst it remains active.
- The discount offer entitles a qualifying potential policyholder to a 50% discount on their comprehensive pet insurance policy premiums (pro-rata premiums and VAPS excluded) for the first 3 (three) months of their comprehensive pet insurance policy.
- All applications for insurance made via the dotsure.co.za Portal are subject to and must comply with dotsure.co.za’s normal approval criteria and are governed by the normal terms and conditions that apply to the requested product. The full terms and conditions are contained within dotsure.co.za’s policy documents. These can be accessed at any time on the dotsure.co.za Portal.
- dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this discount offer with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- dotsure.co.za shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations, where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
