How often can I claim?

As often as you like, as long as the claims fall within your specified cover and annual limits. To view your policy limits, please refer to your policy schedule. If you need to download your schedule, you can find it on your Manage Portal .

Do you cover sterilizations?

Sterilization is covered up to a specific limit under our wellness benefits. Wellness benefits are included on our Ultimate Plan and can be added to some of our plans as optional cover. If a vet advises that sterilization is medically necessary, it may be covered under illness. Please keep in mind that every claim will be considered on its own merits.

Do you cover pre-existing or congenital conditions?

Unfortunately, pre-existing and congenital conditions won’t be covered.
